Facilities Coordinator

El objetivo del puesto consiste en responder ante el cliente por el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales de mantenimiento en el edificio asignado.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial/Técnica Industrial o equivalente.
  • Entre 2-4 años de experiencia en el sector de mantenimiento o bien, en oficina técnica.
  • Imprescindible conocimiento en Instalaciones de Climatización, Instalaciones Eléctricas, ACS y BMS.
  • Se valorará la experiencia previa en el diseño y cálculo de instalaciones en edificios.
  • Conocimientos de Normativa vigente de Industria en mantenimiento y nuevas instalaciones.
  • Nivel avanzado de Paquete Office.
  • Se valoran conocimientos de SAP R/3.

Tus principales funciones serán:

  • Gestión de mantenimiento y servicios.
  • Supervisión de gestión y recepción de obras y nuevas instalaciones.
  • Revisión de presupuestos y licitaciones de servicios.
  • Gestión de servicios y análisis de KPI.
  • Gestión de contratos y empresas de servicios según ANS.
  • Seguimiento de normativa de salud laboral y prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Organización y coordinación con otros departamentos, y planificación de tareas.
