We're searching for a
Telegram Community Lead
to turn BeInCrypto's Telegram ecosystem into a high-engagement, revenue-generating powerhouse. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of our 150K+ Telegram community (EN, RU, ES), boost engagement, and build new monetisation streams using Telegram-native tools and creative campaigns.

Tasks

  • Create and test high-performing Telegram content formats — videos, polls, news recaps, memes, and quizzes.

  • Grow our subscriber base through collaborations, influencer partnerships, and Telegram Ads.

  • Own the monetisation strategy for BeInCrypto's Telegram channels — from concept to execution.

  • Develop and launch revenue models: sponsored content, affiliate campaigns, subscriptions, and Telegram Ads (TON/Stars).

  • Launch community activations (AMAs, trading challenges, giveaways) to increase engagement and retention.

  • Integrate Telegram-native monetisation features (Stars, gifts, mini-apps, premium content).

  • Collaborate with Sales to package and sell sponsorship opportunities.

  • Provide regular performance reports (growth, engagement, ROI).

Requirements

You are the perfect match if you:

  • Have proven experience building and monetising Telegram communities (50K+ members).

  • Are a hands-on operator — you execute, test, and optimise, not just strategise.

  • Have strong skills in content creation, basic video editing, and Telegram tool usage (bots, analytics, Ads).

  • Understand crypto audiences and community psychology.

  • Have experience with affiliate marketing, Web3 projects (CEX, DEX, DeFi, GameFi).

  • Are data-driven and analytical, comfortable tracking conversions and ROI.

  • Are fluent in English; Russian or Spanish is a plus.

  • Are curious, proactive, and love experimenting inside Telegram communities.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Telegram Mini Apps or the TON ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with gamification and community economy models.
