We are looking for qualified Human Resources Specialists to join our team located in Mataró (Barcelona) with the option of joining from Valladolid as well.
The person hired will carry out recruitment and selection tasks, department support tasks such as managing employee benefits and requests, and developing HR policies. You will use Human Resources information systems to ensure that all employee records are up to date and confidential.
The objective is to ensure that the operations of the HR department. run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the recruitment and selection processes of personnelConduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiativesOffer support to employees on various HR -related topicsYOUR PROFILE:
