If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.What You Will DoEnsure the robustness of the product / process design.Provide technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc., in carrying out their activities.Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.Manage part of Digital simulation activities which are necessary to ensure project development within QCD and TEI (budget) constraints.Capitalize Digital know-how in product/process development.What We’re Looking ForA proven track record in +5 years of experience working on mechanical projects.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Excellent skills in leadership, communication, and cross-functional management.Strong competencies in internal combustion engines, gearboxes and hybrid system components, with a collaborative approach.Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.Equal opportunities employerAt Horse Technologies, we are committed to equal opportunities and select individuals based on their skills and qualifications.
