We seek a
Martech Consultant
, Entry-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

  • Define and activate data-driven marketing use cases (onboarding, retention, real-time personalization, etc.).
  • Configure and optimize segments, audiences, and customer journeys in Adobe RTCDP and AJO.
  • Collaborate with data, media, and creative teams to ensure end-to-end orchestration.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-based optimizations.
  • Document processes, create visuals, and support communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design of MarTech frameworks and toolkits to accelerate future projects.
  • Participate in end-to-end activation within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) — from data capture to omnichannel personalization.
  • Configure and validate data sources via Adobe Source Connectors or API integrations.
  • Support the creation of XDM Schemas, Datasets, and Data Ingestion Flows in AEP.
  • Implement and maintain Segment Definitions in Real-Time CDP, optimizing logic and exports.
  • Design, test, and monitor journeys in AJO, including triggers, conditions, and personalized actions (email, push, API events, etc.).
  • Contribute to functional and technical documentation (data mapping, audience setup, workflows).
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to report on journey and audience impact.

What will help you succeed:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or CDP/DMP projects.
  • Strong knowledge or certification in Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Curious and eager to learn new MarTech tools and ecosystems.
  • Proactive mindset, structured thinking, and strong visual communication skills.
  • Professional English proficiency (documentation, calls, reporting).
  • Certificaciones Adobe (AEP Business Practitioner, AJO, Target o Analytics) is a plus..
