Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
Corporate Legal Support:

  • Assist in managing corporate legal matters in Spain and Portugal.

Marketing & Advertising Legal Support

  • Review and advise on marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide early and continuous feedback to minimize legal and reputational risks.
  • Provide legal support for product development process from ideation through launch.
  • Analysis, drafting, and validation of contracts linked to the execution of marketing campaigns (including agreements with influencers, sponsorships, and collaborations).
  • Ensure compliance with consumer protection, food labeling, data privacy, and intellectual property laws in marketing activities.

Contract Management

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial agreements (manufacturing, logistics, procurement).
  • Offer guidance on legal risk assessment and mitigation for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?

  • Law degree; additional specialization in corporate or marketing law is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in FMCG or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts is a must, and of advertising regulations is highly valuable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian is a plus.
