Tu misión:

Asegurar la gestión de los siniestros abiertos por parte de los centros, actuando como vínculo con el proveedor externo encargado de su gestión. Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de la herramienta de ticketing para la gestión de siniestros.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Coordinar los siniestros abiertos por los centros a través de la herramienta de ticketing, actuando como vínculo con el proveedor externo.
  • Gestionar la herramienta de ticketing y al proveedor externo, proponiendo mejoras y asegurando su correcta implementación.
  • Supervisar la atención y resolución de siniestros, garantizando procesos ágiles y comunicación constante con todas las partes implicadas.
  • Gestionar y evaluar los siniestros abiertos por debajo de franquicia.
  • Coordinarse con todas las áreas de la compañía para resolver cualquier siniestro abierto.
  • Preparar y monitorizar los principales KPI's relacionados con el ámbito de seguros.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar.
  • Buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito; se valorará conocimiento de portugués, francés y/o italiano.
  • Formación universitaria o Grado Superior.
  • Persona proactiva y con alto grado de implicación.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de organización.
  • Capacidad para coordinarse eficazmente con distintos departamentos.
