Your main responsibility
- Supplier Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain connections with crucial equipment providers, focusing on high-quality and cost-effectiveness. - Procurement Strategy Implementation:
Lead the development and execution of national and international procurement strategies for equipment and services, aligning with sustainability and corporate goals. - Negotiation and Contracting:
Engage with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, securing advantageous contracts for equipment and service procurement. - Order Management:
Oversee order processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability objectives and company policies when acquiring equipment and services. - Budget and Forecast Management:
Administer the annual budget and forecasts for the Equipment & Services department, keeping in line with financial targets. - Innovation and Growth:
Monitor and integrate cutting-edge developments in equipment and services to propel company advancement.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Holds a bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or a relevant field
- Brings a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar procurement role, with expertise in negotiating and managing national-level equipment.
- Possesses robust negotiation capabilities and is proficient in using Procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrates experience in handling OPEX and CAPEX budgets, along with a solid grasp of financial indicators and cost-reduction tactics.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in team management, hiring, and training of junior personnel.
