We are looking for a
Sales Executive (Biotech)
to join a fast-growing biotech company developing a next-generation liquid biopsy platform with real clinical impact.

This role will be key in driving commercial expansion within pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO environments, supporting clinical trials and precision medicine strategies on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with pharma, biotech, and CRO partners across Europe, the US, and other global markets.
  • Position an ultra-sensitive liquid biopsy platform as a strategic solution for:
  • MRD and ctDNA detection in clinical trials.
  • Early treatment response monitoring (e.g. CAR-T, immuno-oncology, targeted therapies).
  • Companion Diagnostics (CDx) development.
  • Patient stratification and longitudinal disease monitoring.
  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closures with strategic partners.
  • Coordinate internally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations teams to design tailored solutions for partners.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences, scientific congresses, and partnering events.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within biotech, life sciences, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Academic background in Life Sciences (Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or similar).
  • Good understanding of biomarker-based solutions and their application in clinical research and drug development.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific or technical concepts in a clear, structured, and persuasive way
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in Madrid or open to a remote setup, with availability for occasional travel.
