We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a growing technology team within the digital health / precision medicine sector.

Your Role

You will be part of the IT team, providing internal technical support and helping ensure the smooth operation of systems, devices, and tools used across the company.

This is a junior-level role, ideal for candidates with a solid technical foundation, professional training (FP or equivalent), and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, configure, and deploy corporate devices (macOS, Windows, iOS) for new hires.
  • Provide first-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, peripherals).
  • Manage users, groups, and permissions in Google Workspace.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, application, and access issues.
  • Monitor basic device and system health.
  • Administer user access (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
  • Maintain and update device management tools (MDM/EMM).
  • Perform routine updates, patches, and system checks.
  • Document support cases and internal IT processes.
  • Support IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate issues when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual tasks.

Required

  • Professional training or technical studies in IT, Systems, or a related field (FP or equivalent).
  • Around 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles (internships included).
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Windows and macOS
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills and a user-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.).
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
  • Interest in IT security and best practices.
  • Experience in startup or tech environments.
