That's why we need a Packaging Senior Team Lead like you, to join Manufacturing Department at Instituto Grifols SA, a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma. 

What your responsibilities will be

• You will supervise the packaging processes.
• You will resolve incidents that occur during the process.
• You will manage changes in the production plan.
• You will handle breakdowns and investigate incidents.
• You will ensure compliance with the weekly plan.
• You will participate in the investigation of deviations.
• You will communicate and plan the activities to be carried out by other departments in the company.
• You will lead, motivate and manage the team.

• Health Science Bachelor's Degree and/or Master in Farma Industry.
• Experience in similar tasks and/or in Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage large teams in a dynamic environment.
• High level of English (B2-C1).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMPs.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Must be comfortable in a constantly changing environment and able to shift plans and priorities daily to meet mid and long-term objectives.
• You are a communicative person, with a strong orientation towards teamwork and leadership skills.
• High level of organization, logistical and decision-making skills.
