Microbiological Control Technical Manager

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead the technical team and be responsible for their training.
• Lead or perform analytical protocols, projects, and validations, defining the scope, procedure to be followed, and evaluation criteria.
• Propose and advise on the necessary means to carry out studies within the planned timeframe.
• Collaborate with other organizational units on proposing changes, improvements, or new procedures.
• Propose and participate in the execution and evaluation of technical studies related to Quality Control activities. To lead, review, or write the technical reports derived from the studies performed.
• Propose, advise on, and execute continuous improvement actions for the unit's activities.
• Evaluate the unit's needs concerning equipment or analysis systems proposed by suppliers.
• Design user requirements to evaluate the suitability of equipment and systems.
• Lead and participate in the qualification, validation, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment or computerized systems.
• Provide technical support to the unit in troubleshooting problems related to the use of laboratory equipment or computerized systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing process validation, quality control, qualifications.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Develops collaborative working relationships
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to Biological products
• International experience prefered
