Estamos buscamos un
Site Manager
apasionado y comprometido

En este rol, serás el encargado de supervisar y coordinar cada detalle de proyectos de obra, asegurando que el cronograma y la funcionalidad se alineen con la ingeniería previamente diseñada y los requisitos ambientales.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Responsable de la ejecución técnica del Proyecto.
  • Seguimiento en obra de los diferentes industriales, así como reporte a director de proyecto y/o cliente
  • Planificación de las tareas en obra de los diferentes industriales
  • Aprobar certificaciones de obra
  • Participación en las puestas en marcha de los industriales
  • Apoyo en las tareas de comisionado de instalaciones, actuando de enlace entre el subsistema a comisionar y el resto de las instalaciones y asegurando que se recopila la información necesaria de las contratas y se entrega al Cliente.

Conocimientos y experiencia

  • Experiencia previa como jefe de obra o ingeniero de proyectos en un campo técnico.
  • Conocimiento en el sector de la industria farmacéutica: sistemas de climatización (HVAC), instalaciones y servicios de procesos en especial en entornos GMP
  • Licenciado en ingeniería: química, ciencias de la vida...
  • Conocimiento fluido del español y del inglés. Se valorarán idiomas adicionales.
  • Usuario de Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Power Point, Adobe.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo en obra
  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir plazos estrictos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, responsable de múltiples proyectos importantes en paralelo.
  • Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar

Conocimientos que suman puntos

  • Conocimientos de ingeniería para realizar de forma autónoma pequeños cálculos de los proyectos
  • Experiencia en los sectores de la salud/ciencias de la vida/farmacéutico.
  • Familiarizado con GMP, ISPE, FDA, OMS y otras directrices y regulaciones farmacéuticas.
  • Conocimiento técnico de HVAC, proceso, salas blancas, tuberías, control o electricidad en la industria farmacéutica.
