Team-oriented, collaborative, and enthusiastic about shared work. Open to innovation, comfortable adopting new technologies (including AI) to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording voice-overs, ensuring technical quality and effectively directing voice talent during sessions.
- Mixing and editing audio for radio, TV, and digital platforms.
- Preparing, organizing, and delivering final masters according to each platform's technical requirements.
- Using AI-assisted audio tools when appropriate to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
- Collaborating closely with producers, creatives, and clients to deliver the desired sonic aesthetic for each campaign.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sound Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Pro Tools, including advanced session management.
- Proven experience in advertising (radio, TV, digital). We're not looking for a film/fiction profile.
- High level of English (C1), especially conversational.
- Solid understanding of technical specifications across different media and countries.
- Familiarity with AI-driven audio tools and workflows, such as speech enhancement, noise reduction, voice cloning safety practices, or automated editing systems.
