UX-UI Designer

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic UX-UI designer to join our UX Team of Customer Obsession & Innovation Team.

The responsibility of this team is:

• Shaping the experience we deliver each and every day to our clients, by giving support to our business tribes into defining innovating products solving problems both for business and people.
• You'll be integrated into the heart of our Customer Obsession & Innovation Center of Expertise, working cross units with the research, the service design, the CX and the design system experts teams.
• You'll be part of a constantly evolving team of designers thriving for defining seamless experiences across multiple platforms and devices.
• You'll be engaged into being creative, push your own and your team's boundaries and continuously evolve the maturity of our user experience definition processes.

Your key responsibilities:

As a UX-UI designer you will:

• Be responsible for the definition of user-centered digital solutions that understand and answer business requirements and goals.
• Assume full responsibility for designing user flows, information architecture proposals, low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design documentation ready for business and development partners to take on and deliver value for our clients.
•  Advocate within the organization for mirroring user's voice throughout the whole product definition processes and business tribes and maintain a relevant and constant stream of communication with all our user's needs.

• 5 years of experience defining interactive digital solutions, with a strong focus on mobile devices experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in driving and iterating based on user-centered insights gatherings on the value and the usability attributes of a product.
• Passion for design in general, and great curiosity for the constant evolution of interaction design and its practice.
• Comfortable using design tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, Axure, Invision, and collaborative tools such as Confluence and Microsoft Office.
• Perfect control of responsive design specificities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English

La responsabilidad de este equipo es:

• Dar forma a la experiencia que brindamos todos los días a nuestros clientes, brindando apoyo a nuestras tribus comerciales en la definición de productos innovadores que resuelven problemas tanto para las empresas como para las personas.
• Se integrará en el corazón de nuestro Centro de Experiencia en Innovación y Obsesión por el Cliente, trabajando con unidades transversales con los equipos de investigación, diseño de servicios, CX y expertos en sistemas de diseño.
• Formarás parte de un equipo de diseñadores en constante evolución que prospera para definir experiencias perfectas en múltiples plataformas y dispositivos.
• Te comprometerás a ser creativo, superar tus propios límites y los de tu equipo y evolucionar continuamente la madurez de nuestros procesos de definición de la experiencia del usuario.

Sus responsabilidades clave:

Como UX-UI Designer, podrás:

• Ser responsable de la definición de soluciones digitales centradas en el usuario que comprendan y respondan a los requisitos y objetivos del negocio.
• Asumir toda la responsabilidad de diseñar flujos de usuarios, propuestas de arquitectura de información, wireframes de baja fidelidad, maquetas de alta fidelidad, prototipos interactivos y documentación de diseño detallada lista para que los socios comerciales y de desarrollo asuman y entreguen valor a nuestros clientes.
•  Abogar dentro de la organización por reflejar la voz del usuario a lo largo de todos los procesos de definición de productos y tribus comerciales y mantener un flujo de comunicación relevante y constante con todas las necesidades de nuestros usuarios.

• 5 años de experiencia en la definición de soluciones digitales interactivas, con un fuerte enfoque en la experiencia de dispositivos móviles.
• Sólidos conocimientos y experiencia en la conducción y la iteración basados en recopilaciones de información centradas en el usuario sobre el valor y los atributos de usabilidad de un producto.
• Pasión por el diseño en general, y gran curiosidad por la constante evolución del diseño de interacción y su práctica.
• Cómodo usando herramientas de diseño como FIGMA, Sketch, Axure, Invision y herramientas colaborativas como Confluence y Microsoft Office.
• Control perfecto de las especificidades de diseño receptivo.
• Fluidez en español e inglés
