About the Role

Are you a designer passionate about creating user-centered experiences? Do you enjoy exploring new trends and refining every detail in digital product design? This is your moment. As a UX/UI Designer at Platomico, you will be responsible for designing exceptional digital products and experiences that resonate with our users and elevate our business.

What You'll Do Day to Day

Conceptualize digital products: Work under user-centered design principles, balancing business needs with user expectations.

Design user experiences: Create user flows, information architectures, intuitive navigation systems, and interaction designs that deliver seamless experiences.

Manage design systems: Develop and maintain design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across all our products.

Conduct user research: Apply research techniques to deeply understand our users and translate insights into impactful design solutions.

Propose new features: Develop and improve product features based on user needs, ensuring usability at every step.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life.

Defend your design decisions: Clearly communicate your ideas and justify your decisions to the team and stakeholders.

Continuous optimization: Identify areas for improvement in existing digital products and suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years working in digital product design.

Full design lifecycle: Familiarity with all product development phases—from research to final delivery.

Design tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar tools.

Responsive design: Experience creating interfaces tailored to multiple devices and platforms.

Rapid prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to validate ideas early.

Agile environments: Experience working within agile teams.

Bonus Points

Knowledge of digital accessibility to design inclusive interfaces.

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Basic HTML/CSS understanding to collaborate more effectively with engineering teams.
