Directly reporting to the HUB Purchasing Manager, you are responsible for guaranteeing the performance results of Goods & Services suppliers and ensuring the application of the Purchasing strategy within the HUB scope.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Missions :

• Achieve annual savings targets as defined by the Group,
• Optimize the supplier base and reduce fragmentation,
• Negotiate cost savings with assigned suppliers and report quarterly via the dynamic GCRD (Global Cost Reduction Driver),
• Benchmark market conditions and specifications to identify cost optimization opportunities,
• Participate in cost reduction workshops (VA/VE) to explore alternative services, suppliers, products, and processes,
• Ensure annual productivity targets are met,
• Negotiate general conditions (logistics, payment terms, etc.) and manage HUB-level agreements,
• Analyze globalization rate and implement strategies to increase it,
• Actively contribute to the Data Factory and HUB Purchasing Team activities,
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Data Factory, Accounting, and Logistics,
• Participate in common reporting and cost-saving follow-ups,
• Act as a proactive force for improvement,
• Centralize purchasing processes at HUB level in coordination with local and corporate teams,
• Develop and maintain the supplier panel for the assigned scope,
• Implement regional and global strategies within the HUB, coordinating with Hutchinson Group counterparts,
• Ensure correct Group family classification with support from the Data Factory,
• Define, measure, and monitor QCDIS ratings (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation & Sustainability) and align supplier strategies accordingly,
• Evaluate optimal service costs using expertise within the assigned scope,
• Validate Sourcing Committee decisions, ensuring supplier capacity and capability commitments are signed,
• Apply Group Purchasing rules, contracts, and tools,
• Monitor supplier performance deviations and lead crisis management or escalation procedures,
• Proactively assess supplier risks and implement action plans,
• Introduce alternative solutions to secure services and reduce costs,
• Complete all required e-learning courses,
• Support and attend audits, pre-audits, and supplier meetings,
• Ensure compliance with TOTAL policies, especially regarding Health & Safety during travel, Integrity, and CSR,
• Provide regular reporting to hierarchical and/or functional management,
• Report potentially hazardous situations and anomalies related to energy performance and management systems.

Your profile

You hold a degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in purchasing or a similar role.

You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, resource management, and prioritization skills.

You are comfortable with purchasing-specific calculations and processes, and you show a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

You communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external suppliers, and you work well both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and professionalism in interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders are key.

Influencing and negotiation abilities enable effective handling of complex situations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities, are important.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, supports data-driven decision-making.

An interest in global procurement and the automotive industry is highly valued.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams is crucial.
