Your responsibilities

Core responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, trainings, meetings, and operational HR workflows with flair

  • Maintain HR data, documentation, reports, and dashboards with an impressive level of accuracy

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and recurring HR processes, ensuring a seamless experience

  • Organize travel, internal events, gifts, and recognition initiatives that inspire and engage

  • Ensure reliable execution of HR documentation, compliance, and audit-related processes, keeping everything on track

  • Act as a key operational interface between HR, employees, and external service providers, fostering collaboration

Additional responsibilities

  • Support internal communication through invitations, reminders, tracking, and documentation, keeping everyone in the loop

  • Coordinate equipment, access, and logistics for employee onboarding/offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers and support contract coordination, building strong relationships

  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and operational efficiency initiatives that make a difference

  • Ownership of end-to-end HR processes (e.g. onboarding/offboarding) that will enhance your expertise

What you bring

Must-have

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or office management, ready to take the next step

  • Completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree, showcasing your commitment to excellence

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline that shine

  • High sense of responsibility, reliability, and service orientation, making you a trusted partner

  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve operational issues, demonstrating your initiative

  • Very good written and spoken English, enabling effective communication

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in international HR operations or fast-scaling environments, bringing a global perspective

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and basic reporting abilities that add value

  • Experience with HRIS, workflow, ticketing, or automation tools, enhancing efficiency

  • Ability to map, document, and improve processes, driving continuous improvement

  • Additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese) that enrich our diverse team
