leading global B2B e-commerce company
to find a talented
Market Research Specialist
who will help shape strategies for European markets. If you love turning insights into impact, this is your opportunity to work on projects that influence millions of businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead qualitative research (70%)
    : Conduct in-depth interviews with users across Europe to uncover pain points, trends, and opportunities.
  • Perform quantitative analysis (30%)
    : Use tools like
    SPSS
    to analyze survey data and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
  • Execute
    market research
    (desk research, competitor analysis, surveys) to inform product decisions and localization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
    translate insights into impactful actions
    that improve user experience.
  • Support
    region-specific content and campaigns
    tailored to European audiences.
  • Stay ahead of
    regulatory, cultural, and economic developments
    in key European markets.
  • Present findings through
    reports, presentations, and workshops
    to drive decision-making.

Who You Are

  • A
    skilled researcher
    with
    excellent cross-cultural communication skills
    , fluent in English (C2) and able to conduct interviews.
  • 3–5 years
    of hands-on experience in market research, business analysis, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    European market dynamics
  • Experienced in
    mixed-method research
    (qualitative interviews + quantitative surveys).
  • Proficient in
    data analysis and insight reporting
    for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a
    fast-paced, cross-functional environment
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in
    e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools
    for research automation.
  • Knowledge of
    European digital regulations
    (GDPR, consumer laws).
  • Skills in
    behavioral analysis, statistics, or data visualization
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Economics, Marketing
    (Master's a plus).
  • Portfolio showcasing impactful research projects.
