How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

La misión principal de este puesto será responsabilizarse de la interacción con los clientes en el ámbito de las integraciones, al mismo tiempo que gestionar los proyectos recogiendo las interacciones de los clientes e interaccionar internamente con todos los stakeholders oportunos para gestionar la correcta implementación de las soluciones informáticas.
Por último, la misión pasará por garantizar la compliance de las aplicaciones con las reglas del grupo y los objetivos del negocio con la finalidad de eficiencia informática y monetaria.

Las principales funciones del puesto, entre otras:

  • Entender las necesidades del cliente y colaborar con clientes en el desarrollo de planes de trabajo que satisfagan las necesidades de ambas partes
  • Participar en la consultoría y soporte a los proyectos implicándose en el diseño, flujos de trabajo, plantillas y definición de mejores prácticas
  • Coordinar los proyectos de implementación de soluciones de integración en interno, con los proveedores y con los clientes
  • Responsabilizarse de la monitorización y seguimiento de las aplicaciones de su ámbito desarrollando los cuadros de mando que se acuerden
  • Realizar formaciones y soporte a usuarios, ya sea interno o externo, a través de los canales y periodicidad acordados
  • Supervisar la documentación técnica de los proyectos en cumplimiento de la calidad establecida
  • Participar activamente en la calidad de la solución técnica desde el diseño hasta la comprobación de su cumplimiento
  • Colaborar con el departamento IT para garantizar la viabilidad de la evolución a otros entornos técnicos y funcionales de forma progresiva
  • Analizar las propuesta de planes de acción para los defectos u errores que surjan
  • Colaborar en el cumplimiento del Sistema Integrado de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y PRL.
  • Cumplir las normas y políticas de calidad, IMS, IT y seguir las buenas prácticas

Serás la persona que encaje en esta posición si cumples los siguientes requisitos:

- Estudios universitarios: titulación universitaria de grado medio-a nivel de diplomatura o ingeniería técnica/informática

- Experiencia de, al menos, 5 años en posiciones similares

- Conocimientos en Planificación/Gestión de Proyectos

- Conocimentos en AWS

- Conocimientos en EDI e intercambios de mensajería entre sistemas, Talend, XML, TIBCO, Sybase

- Idiomas: Inglés medio alto imprescindible tanto escrito como conversación (se hará prueba de nivel)
