Mission:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both project management and technical IT skills (Java), particularly in traceability and quality systems. You will play a key role in analysing business needs, managing functional and technical maintenance, managing crises, assists users and proposing and implementing workarounds and to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse functional requirements from stakeholders including business owners, engineering teams, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and coordinate JAVA projects focused on maintenance of traceability applications.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance customer experience by delivering reliable and efficient traceability solutions.
  • Support change management and training initiatives related to traceability systems.
  • Manage requested upgrades to dedicated IT solutions.
  • Communicate with IT project teams, project industrialists and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience inproject management, working with traceability applications or Java development.
  • Proven track record in IT project management and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of requirements engineering, process design, and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Solid skills in IT as Java, SQL, Json, Batches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
