About Punto HealthPunto Health is an award-winning digital health startup on a mission to transform cognitive and senior care. Our AI-powered platform was co-designed with clinicians, patients and families to enable early detection of cognitive change and support personalised care at scale. Our main products include PuntoTest, a speech-based digital biomarker for early detection, and PuntoCare, a companion app for personalised care plans and support.

We have established partnerships in Spain and the UK with leading clinical centres and the NHS. We are scaling solutions that make compassionate and effective care accessible to more people.

We are now hiring a Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to lead our B2B sales operations across Spain. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and founders in a very operational and hands-on role. You will manage the full sales cycle, build healthcare partnerships, and help drive our commercial growth. You will also collaborate with an experienced sales and go-to-market consultant who will support strategy and execution two days per week so you are not building in isolation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, present, negotiate and close deals across t
    arget healthcare segments in Spain, including hospitals, and home care agencies, with support refining priority accounts over time.
  • Manage key accounts and support successful onboarding and adoption, with support from Ops.
  • Generate pipeline through outreach, referrals and events.
  • Share field insights to help shape our evolving sales approach and commercial strategy.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Life Sciences, Business/Management or related).
  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B digital health/health tech sales in roles such as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Developer, or related.
  • Proven success in complex enterprise sales in Spain.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in startup or fast-growth environments with an entrepreneurial and resilient mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Background in life sciences, digital health, senior care or related healthcare sectors.
  • Experience selling to hospitals, insurers or home care agencies.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales colleagues.
