Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Ground Handler para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la organización y supervisión de las operativas de embarque y desembarque de pasajeros, así como de la gestión del personal de la terminal. Su función será garantizar un servicio eficiente y de calidad, cumpliendo con las necesidades de nuestros clientes y pasajeros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar y supervisar las operativas de embarque y desembarque de pasajeros.
  • Gestionar y organizar al personal de la terminal.
  • Asistir y atender a los pasajeros, resolviendo incidencias y garantizando una experiencia fluida.
  • Agendar y coordinar servicios con proveedores.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y atención al cliente de BCTours.

Requisitos:

  • No es imprescindible experiencia previa en el sector, aunque se valorará la experiencia en puestos similares con tareas de gestión y contacto directo con clientes.
  • Nivel fluido de inglés (imprescindible).
  • Se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
  • Habilidades organizativas, capacidad de resolución de problemas y orientación al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y operativas en diferentes puertos.
