Job Summary
We're looking for a Head of AI with deep technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a passion for building production-ready AI systems. You will lead the strategic development, deployment, and continuous improvement of LLM-powered products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, experimentation, and applied AI, and wants to help shape a new category of intelligent features.
In this role, you will
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative LLM-powered solutions.Drive innovation by exploring and implementing modern frameworks, APIs and Cloud SolutionsDesign robust, future-proof systems that drive the company's expansion while advancing its mission to create a lasting positive impact on the environment.Lead the development of full-stack solutions, from designing intuitive user interfaces to crafting robust backend systemsDesign and manage agent-based interactions that use LLMs in dynamic, tool-using environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience building or deploying LLM solutions using tools such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or LangGraph.Genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of AI/LLMs and creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive design.Solid understanding of modern web technologies such as React, , Tailwind, and TypeScript, with additional familiarity in Python and AWS considered a bonus.Experience designing AI evaluation pipelines and metrics that support quality assurance and improvement cycles.Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
