Responsabilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee the procurement process for assigned projects, ensuring the efficient acquisition of equipment, subcontracting services, and required resources.
- Evaluate and analyze supplier bids, taking into account the company's technical and commercial requirements.
- Negotiate and contract with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the project team and other internal departments to address the specific needs of each project..
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in international procurement for civil works projects.
- Desirable knowledge of water treatment equipment.
- Familiarity with different payment instruments.
- Knowledge of international logistics processes and related terms, including full management of associated documentation.
- English at negotiation level; French is an asset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
