We are seeking a
Senior Consultant
to join our
Global Supply Chain Practice
, supporting the development of global consulting offerings, business development, and project delivery in manufacturing and supply chain management. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience in supply chain management or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business-proficient in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Solid business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

  • Contribute to the creation of global consulting offerings and methodologies.
  • Develop proposals for new clients and opportunities, defining requirements, approach, and strategy.
  • Support pre-sales activities and client presentations.

Project Management

  • Facilitate and lead client workshops and meetings.
  • Analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress, set milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish priorities and ensure alignment across departments.
