Senior Consultant
to join our
Global Supply Chain Practice
, supporting the development of global consulting offerings, business development, and project delivery in manufacturing and supply chain management. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of work experience in supply chain management or manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Business-proficient in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Solid business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Contribute to the creation of global consulting offerings and methodologies.
- Develop proposals for new clients and opportunities, defining requirements, approach, and strategy.
- Support pre-sales activities and client presentations.
Project Management
- Facilitate and lead client workshops and meetings.
- Analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, set milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Establish priorities and ensure alignment across departments.
