Office Manager

Location: Marbella / San Pedro de Alcantara (on-site)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to support our real estate agency in daily operational, analytical and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


• Keeping internal databases up to date


• Publishing listings on websites and professional platforms


• Conducting market research and selecting relevant properties


• Collecting and organizing information, preparing marketing materials


• Creating templates, analytical summaries and presentations


• Coordinating communication with partners and supporting marketing workflows and documentation

Requirements:


• At least 1 year of experience in a structured company (real estate, marketing, analytics or administration)


• Russian, Spanish and English - B2 level


• At least 1 year of residence in the Marbella region and solid knowledge of Costa del Sol areas


• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, CRM systems and online platforms


• High attention to detail, structured thinking, responsibility and proactivity

• Full-time position in our San Pedro office (10:00-18:00)
