We are currently seeking an accomplished
Sales Manager
to drive property sales within our new residential complex in the Marbella area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell residential units within the complex.
• Manage client inquiries and coordinate property viewings.
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed, professional information to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Guide clients through the full purchasing process—from first inquiry to closing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property sales within residential complexes in the Marbella area.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages required:
• Spanish – Advanced
• English – Advanced
• Russian – Conversational
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
