Role Overview:

As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you'll act as a trusted partner for new clients as they discover the Google Ads platform. You'll guide them from the beginning—setting up accounts, launching campaigns, and improving performance—so they feel confident and ready for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure smooth account setup and activation

  • Understand each client's goals and propose tailored advertising approaches

  • Create and optimize data-driven PPC campaigns focused on sustainable performance

  • Coach clients through calls, video meetings, and email to help them maximize results

  • Identify upsell potential by introducing advanced features and encouraging account expansion

  • Track KPIs, spot trends, and refine strategies to improve outcomes continuously

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, tools, and best practices to deliver expert support

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
