We are looking for a driven, service-oriented Sales Development Representative (Portuguese) to join an expanding team in the BPO sector. As a multilingual professional, you will engage with international business clients and prospects, supporting our mission to deliver secure and exceptional service within a dynamic, fast-paced industry. Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential business customers and partners via phone, email, and digital channels, introducing our services and identifying qualified leads.
  • Engage with prospects in Portuguese and English, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to support their business objectives.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established criteria and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact through to onboarding.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, update on performance metrics, and contribute to process improvement.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience for Sales Development
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese (C1-C2 level) and a strong command of English (B2/C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent; further studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields are an advantage.
  • At least one year of experience in sales development, lead generation, customer service, or a related commercial field.
  • Reliable employment track record with demonstrated commitment and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective, trust-based relationships remotely.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving capability, and a target-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, or automated outreach platforms is highly desirable.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a multicultural team environment.
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales or software, or BPO sector is a plus.
