account manager

ECC – Europe's leading claims management company are looking for a full-time Account Manager to start immediately at our Mijas Costa office (Green glass offices above Iceland supermarket).

Your primary role is to onboard our new clients, answer any questions they might have and explain what happens next. You will assist with processing claims and provide quality customer service updates.

What ECC are looking for:

• Proficient level of computer skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge using Zoom.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent command of written English.

• Ability to calm a nervous client.

• Knowledge with Microsoft Word and CRM management.

• An eye for detail and accuracy with a good level of concentration.

• Well organised and efficient.

• Customer service experience welcome.

Important: This is an office-based role.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Spain and be able to work from our prestigious Mijas Costa office located above Iceland supermarket, close to Fuengirola.
