Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst (Data Analyst is nice to have) in a technology or data-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, and integrations between systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - able to process and prioritize large amounts of information
  • Technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, or BI tools
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages
Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities based on business impact
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations, API connections, and system dependencies
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on roadmap, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
  • Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
  • Work with large volumes of information to identify patterns, insights, and process improvements
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure shared understanding across teams
  • Coordinating another Business Analyst's activities
