What are we looking for?
We are looking for a
Operations Expert T24
, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- As a member of the "IT Core Operations" team, ensure smooth running of jobs and interfaces, e.g. applications or databases.
- Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments.
- Ensure smooth running of processes and interfaces
- Execute and supervise the close of business
- Maintaining production and test environments
- Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs
- Automate tasks where ever possible
- Resolves and closes incidents /service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures & allocated timelines
- Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis
- Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
- Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures
- Complete daily and periodic checklists
- Produce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management
What UST expects from you?
- At least 5 years experience with T24
- Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
- Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4)
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to write technical support documentation
- Willingness to work flexible hours/Shifts/weekends when needed
- Spanish is a big plus
- Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered as an advantage
- Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.
Work location
Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.
Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
