Marketing Intern (Alex, B2C Consumer App)

We're hiring a Marketing Intern to join Alex — Spain's leading B2C AI-powered legal app, used by tens of thousands of consumers to solve everyday legal questions instantly.

If you love writing, building landing pages, designing email flows, running A/B tests, and using no-code tools like Lovable or Webflow, this is the perfect B2C playground for you.

  • You are currently enrolled at a university in Spain.
  • You can sign a "convenio de prácticas."
  • You can work full-time for at least 6 months.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN (Your Mission)

  1. Email Marketing, CRM & Retention (Core responsibility)

  2. Design and execute CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app messages) for a large B2C audience.

  3. Build and optimize lifecycle flows: welcome, onboarding, activation, reactivation, winback.

  4. Segment users based on behavior, needs, and usage patterns.

  5. Growth & Experimentation

  6. Build and iterate landing pages using Lovable / Webflow / no-code tools.

  7. Test messaging, layouts, and funnels to improve acquisition and conversion.

  8. Content, UX Writing & Messaging

  9. Write and optimize consumer-facing copy for web, app, landing pages, onboarding, and emails.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE (Hard Requirements)

  • Ability to sign a

  • Excellent writing skills — clear, simple, consumer-friendly.
  • Strong interest in B2C growth, lifecycle marketing, and retention.
  • Interest in A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Comfortable using digital and no-code tools.
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret user behavior and funnel metrics.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience with CRM/email platforms (Mailchimp, Braze, , Klaviyo…).
  • Experience running experiments or building landing pages.
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Experience with AI tools.
  • Previous work with consumer apps or B2C products.

Paid Internship: This is a remunerated full-time position designed to give you real ownership and impact — not just "student tasks."

The compensation is competitive for top data students or recent graduates in Madrid.
