Overview
As a
SEM Specialist
, you will lead the strategic and tactical execution of paid social media campaigns. You'll advise clients and their agencies on the best social strategies while offering daily support to our media team.
You will manage campaigns across major platforms—
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X
—using both native tools and third-party tracking. With a clear vision of the social landscape, you'll analyze performance, extract insights, and turn them into effective recommendations for clients.
We're looking for someone proactive and creative, always up to date with the latest social trends. You'll explore audience behavior and translate those insights into impactful strategies that help clients achieve stronger results across all social networks to cover a maternity leave with us.
Responsibilities
- You'll handle the planning, coordination, and management of social media and campaigns across all stages of the funnel — from awareness to performance.
- You'll work closely with clients, creative teams, strategists, media agencies, and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Part of your day-to-day will include monitoring campaigns, identifying what works, and gathering insights to improve current and future social/digital activities.
- You'll also support our internal teams with everything related to paid social and digital ads.
- After each campaign, you'll take care of the performance analysis and prepare clear, actionable reports for clients.
- You'll work with common analytics and social media tools and turn data into simple, creative, and meaningful insights for social and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or a related field — or +1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills; someone dynamic, flexible, and proactive, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the marketing industry or within a media agency, ideally in roles connected to digital or social media.
- Solid understanding of how social media works in a business context, including platform features, ad formats, audience behavior, and strategic possibilities.
- A strong specialization in social media networks and paid social campaigns.
- Google Ads expertise is essential.
