Role overview:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the company. Reporting directly to the COO and as part of the Business Support Team, this role will play a critical part in building a strong analytical foundation, enabling informed business decisions, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable managing data infrastructure and analytics tools while also translating business needs into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Data Strategy & Governance

• Develop and maintain the company's BI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee data collection, management, and governance to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

• Partner with IT and other teams to improve data architecture and reporting systems.

• Business Insights & Reporting

• Translate business requirements into clear data models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Deliver regular business performance reports to the COO and leadership team, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Lead the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management dashboards across departments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data insights.

• Support business reviews, forecasting processes, and performance tracking initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and automation possibilities.
• Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the organization.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience implementing and managing BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally and supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
