Una importante empresa francesa dedicada al diseño y la construcción de centros de datos por Europa ha conseguido múltiples proyectos nuevos para los próximos dos o tres años. Por ello, está reforzando sus equipos actuales en España con 20 personas más antes de 2027 para hacer frente a la demanda y tambien enfocar en Europa del Sur como mercado principal de inversion.

En plena expansión que te ofrece liderar proyectos críticos en un mercado en explosión.

  • Liderarás la construcción y entrega de infraestructuras digitales de varios proyectos actuales.

Tu Misión Serás el director de orquesta de proyectos de Data Center complejos. Tu día a día consistirá en gestionar la relación con el cliente, coordinar a los equipos de diseño e ingeniería, y asegurar que la ejecución en obra cumpla con los más altos estándares de calidad, tiempo y coste (Supervisión DET/MO). Serás el punto de contacto clave que convierte planos técnicos en realidades operativas.

El Perfil Ideal Buscamos a alguien con visión estratégica y capacidad de ejecución:

  • Portas una trayectoria probada en la gestión de proyectos de construcción complejos, idealmente en el sector Data Center, industrial o farmacéutico.
  • Entiendes las disciplinas de ingeniería (mecánica, eléctrica sobre todo) lo suficiente como para desafiar soluciones y guiar al equipo técnico.
  • Estarás gestionando stakeholders internacionales en español e inglés.
  • Madrid (Híbrido, promedio de 3 días en casa)
