We are looking for a
Senior Consultant
with minimum
10 years
of experience managing large-scale PV projects to join our ongoing projects in
CIS countries
. A highly skilled Project Manager with experience managing complex projects in the renewable energy industry. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Adept in risk management, cost control, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project development and progress from initiation to completion.
  • Experienced in project design and planning, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination with designated teams.
  • Deliver results within established deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Oversee team members by setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring each stage of project progress.
  • Track progress, summarize results, and maintain clear communication with management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Possess strong client management skills, focused on delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Demonstrate experience in cross-departmental coordination and team building to enhance project success.
  • The project is located in Baku and requires visits to the site.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage all phases of a project (from initiation to closure).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and decision-making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports, proposals, and plans.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
  • Experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, and ensuring project completion within budget.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and keep the project on schedule.
  • Experience in working with EPC Contracts.

Desirable Additional Skills:

  • Ability to manage international teams and deal with cultural differences
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with software tools used in project management, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
