About the Role:

Your role as Junior Marketing Assistant, calls for an organized and motivated individual You will support our marketing team with Google Ads account management and project coordination. This is a great entry-level opportunity for an eager learner in digital marketing who wants to grow their career in paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and organize Google Ads accounts following team guidelines
  • Track account information, budgets, and spending in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Monitor daily ad spend and flag budget concerns
  • Help coordinate campaign launches and timelines
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Assist with keeping dashboards and files organized and current

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Google Ads OR willingness to learn quickly (training provided)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for data entry and basic formulas
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Proactive learner who takes initiative
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Any coursework or internship in marketing or advertising
  • Exposure to other ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Basic understanding of analytics or tracking
