About The Opportunity

The Agency Barcelona is seeking a
Marketing Assistant Intern
passionate about
LinkedIn strategy, data-driven marketing, and visual communication
in the luxury real estate space.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to help
build and implement a LinkedIn lead-generation strategy
— developing creative content, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing engagement to attract high-net-worth clients and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of a LinkedIn marketing and lead-generation strategy
  • Analyze audience engagement and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist with social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Help design visuals and assets for posts, presentations, and digital campaigns
  • Research and compile insights on trends in luxury real estate, marketing, and design

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Interest or experience in LinkedIn marketing, social media analytics, and brand growth
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or Figma a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communication, or a related field
