Description and RequirementsMake an impact Join us as a Public Policy Coordinator at Lenovo
You'll support global engagements on AI, sustainability, and trade—where technology, geopolitics, and economic policy intersect. The role involves analyzing policy trends, supporting advocacy initiatives, and collaborating across teams to translate external developments into actionable insights that advance Lenovo's global public policy priorities and strengthen its voice in international discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze global policy and regulatory trends in AI, sustainability, and trade.
- Provide timely insights and updates to internal teams.
- Draft briefing materials and talking points for external engagements.
- Support meetings with governments, regulators, and international organizations.
- Plan and coordinate policy events (roundtables, panels, webinars, etc.).
- Maintain and update trackers on global legislative and regulatory developments.
- Contribute to policy campaigns, newsletters, white papers, and consultations.
Collaborate with Legal, ESG, and Communications teams to align Lenovo's policy messaging.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, economics, law, political science, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in government affairs, public sector, or international organizations.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills for communicating complex issues.
- Demonstrated interest in technology policy, sustainability, and trade.
- Diplomatic and culturally aware in global engagements.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in international teams.
- Professional English proficiency; two additional EU languages preferred.
Master's degree, AI governance experience, and 10–15% travel are advantages.
