Accountabilities
  • Define and evolve platform architecture strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Lead initiatives around customer identity management, API-first design, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into the platform.
  • Collaborate on designing reusable platform services with product and engineering teams.
  • Guide solution architects and developers in implementing aligned solutions.
  • Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in platform architecture or technical leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in customer identity and access management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of API design, management, and security.
  • Experience with asynchronous processing and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent English proficiency and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset and proven collaboration across teams.
