Platform Architect
to join our
Infrastructure & Operations (I&O)
area within the
Service Management Office (SMO)

What will you do in this exciting role?

As a
Platform Architect
, you will be the guardian of the technical integrity and long-term health of our enterprise platforms, primarily
ServiceNow
. You will act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy, architecture, and governance, ensuring that platforms are scalable, secure, performant, and aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

You will play a key role in defining platform standards, guiding technical decisions, and implementing governance models that enable sustainable growth. Working closely with enterprise architects, area leads, and platform teams, you will ensure consistency, reduce technical risk, and support the digital transformation of processes, practices, and people.

What you'll do day-to-day:

Platform Architecture & Governance:

You will define, establish, and enforce platform standards to ensure technical integrity, sustainability, and alignment with strategic goals.

Solution Design & Advisory:

You will review and approve solution designs, providing architectural guidance to ensure adherence to platform standards and leading practices.

Risk & Technical Debt Management:

You will proactively manage technical debt, anticipate platform risks related to scalability and performance, and define mitigation strategies.

Integration & Data Strategy:

You will shape governance frameworks for integrations and data models, ensuring consistency and robustness across the ecosystem.

Platform Evolution:

You will plan and support platform upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and long-term platform health.

Collaboration & Leadership:

You will facilitate platform governance forums, influence teams and partners toward best practices, and provide structured feedback to governance bodies.

Service Delivery Oversight:

You will oversee support and service delivery operations, managing expectations and ensuring value creation.

Digital Transformation Enablement:

You will collaborate in the implementation of new strategic initiatives, aligning the "as-is" and "to-be" states of the digital environment.

• Platform standards are consistently applied across all delivery teams and partners.
• Technical risks are reduced, and scalability and performance are ensured.
• You are recognized as a
  trusted advisor
  on platform strategy and governance.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with
  ServiceNow
  .
• More than 4 years of experience in
  platform architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership
  .
• Strong systems thinking, risk management, and technical governance skills.
• Experience defining
  enterprise-scale, multi-workflow architectures
  and governance models.
• Proven ability to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
• Experience with integration patterns and complex delivery governance.
• Ability to guide multiple teams and partners toward a unified architectural vision.
• ITIL 4 Foundation
  certification.
• Advanced English proficiency (C level or equivalent).

What would be a plus:

• ServiceNow certifications.
• Intermediate ITIL 4 certifications or designations (MP, SL).
• Certifications in governance and architecture frameworks such as
  COBIT, TOGAF, ArchiMate, or BPM
  .
