We're growing, and we're looking for a
Remote Sales Closer
to join
Tripleader Academy,
an international education platform helping people build location-independent income by hosting coworking trips and travel experiences.
This role is for someone who:
- Loves meaningful conversations
- Feels comfortable on calls
- And actually cares about helping people take action on a new chapter of their life
You'll be speaking with
warm and semi-warm leads
who already showed interest in our programs. Your job is to understand their goals and help them decide if our Academy is the right next step.
This is not high-pressure sales.
We believe in
clarity, honesty, and alignment
.
What you'll do
- Host sales calls via Google Meet or other platforms.
- Explain our programs and opportunities clearly
- Understand prospects' goals and evaluate fit
- Handle objections with transparency and respect
- Follow up via WhatsApp and email
- Keep leads updated in Notion
- Manage bookings via TidyCal & Google Calendar
- Track outcomes and client progress in our internal tools
What we're looking for
- Fluent English
- Confident, warm and professional communicator
- Comfortable working fully remotely
- Organized, reliable, and self-driven
- Comfortable on video & phone calls
- Interest in travel, online business & personal growth
- Experience with Notion, TidyCal, Google Calendar or is a plus
- Experience in
Sales or closing
Compensation & Growth
- Commission-based:
10–12% per sale - (Average program price: ~€900)
- Performance-based increases
