The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project documentation, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will apply Service Management and Incident Management practices to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
This role may require participation in on-call rotations for incident management.
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate tasks among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for meetings, decisions, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Oversee incident resolution processes, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
- Collaborate with service teams to maintain SLAs and improve service delivery.
Support change and problem management initiatives within the project scope.
Who You Are
Technical and Professional Requirements- Experience: 3–5 years in project management or service delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- IT Service Management principles (ITIL or similar)
- Incident Management workflows
- Tools familiarity:
- MS Project, Jira, Trello
- Service Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Preferred:
- Experience with KPI tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with change and problem management processes
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

- Intermediate English
- Catalan
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: Certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM) and IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation).
