About The Role
To support the IPP Analyst team in maintaining and strengthening trading relationships with all relevant vendors and with Product Marketing to obtain competitive advantage for TD SYNNEX via professional inventory planning and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders based on IPP Analyst profiles and logistics requirements.
• Handle back‑to‑back and direct‑ship orders, including checking confirmations and invoicing customers.
• Ensure all SAP data (pricing, quantities, delivery dates) is accurate and up to date.
• Follow up on open orders to secure on‑time delivery and support POD requests when needed.
• Support vendor price updates and ensure correct costs are reflected in SAP.
• Manage stock rotations: request vendor approval, raise return orders, and track RMAs.
• Help resolve logistics (Goods In) and finance‑related queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc projects.
• Maintain high stock availability while reducing backlog and inventory risk.
• Provide reliable support to the IPP team and consistently meet performance targets.

Knowledge Skills And Experience

• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies.
• Confident with MS Office; SAP experience is a bonus.
• Solid analytical, commercial, and financial awareness.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory management principles.
• Strong communication skills in English (required); another language is a plus.
