As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of Landbot's platform. You'll design experiences that make building with AI intuitive, joyful, and powerful — helping thousands of teams automate meaningful conversations with their customers.

You'll work across multidisciplinary teams partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to create value fast while elevating design quality across the product.

This role is a perfect blend of craft, strategy, and leadership, ideal for someone who enjoys designing at multiple levels of fidelity and influencing product direction.

• Lead design for key initiatives across discovery and delivery, from opportunity framing to shipped experiences.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to co-own problem definition, success metrics, and impact, becoming the facilitator of the entire process.
• Champion user needs and facilitate continuous discovery through research, testing, and data.
• Translate insights into flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring clarity to complex systems.
• Elevate product craft and coherence through our design system and shared design principles.
• Inspire others with thoughtful visual and interaction design that balances usability, delight, and business impact.
• Contribute to a strong feedback culture, helping peers and sharing learnings across teams.

• You have worked for more than 4 years in a Product Design role within a product-focused environment, with significant experience in Lean UX and Agile methodologies.

• You really enjoy the discovery process: turning qualitative data into actionable opportunities from research, interviews, or metrics.

• UX is your thing. You really enjoy the UX side of digital products and you read the books, follow the threads, try the products, etc.
• Data-driven. You know how to look at product metrics, and get actionable product design insights from them, contributing to your team OKR, initiative definition, iteration, etc.
• Simplicity is your passion. You really, really like converting complex systems into digestible ones. You enjoy removing complexity from hard problems.
• You know how to communicate your ideas and chase for alignment. Disagreement and challenges are something you feel comfortable with.
• You are a team player who really likes to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
• An open feedback culture is very important for you. You have a collaborative design mentality focused on meaningful outcomes. You take an iterative approach to everything you do, prioritizing speed over perfection.
• You are fluent in English.
• We require eligibility to work in Spain and are also open to collaboration agreements.

• Experience in no-code, AI-powered, or chat/automation products.

Meet the Engineering Director - Initial interview to get to know each other. We will check your background and product mindset and you will see if we are a good fit for you (45 min).

Design Challenge - We give you a design challenge so you can show us all your skills, use of good practices, etc. (1 week).

Team Interview - We'll go deeper into your Product design skills speaking about your challenge and how you think regarding the product process(60 min).
