The Company

Adhara is an exciting technology company focused on building real time solutions for multi-currency global liquidity management, FX and international payments, based on tokenized money over smart contract-enabled, decentralized ledgers.

Adhara's primary audience includes financial institutions and corporate treasuries, offering them compatible and compliant banking grade solutions based on enterprise blockchain technology and smart contracts.

We have built a talented team of developers, platform engineers and product experts and are now looking for someone to join our very experienced team as a Senior Backed Developer.

Role Overview

The Tech Lead is responsible for leading the software development and engineering function, overseeing both technical delivery and team performance. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that high-quality software solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Tech Lead will mentor developers and engineers, provide architectural guidance, manage workflows, and act as the bridge between technical teams and management.
Requirements and Skills
Essential skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Golang, Typescript, Java, C)
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, and microservices
  • Experience with Agile environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub / GitLab CI, Terraform, etc.)
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cloud Code, Tabnine, or similar)
  • Demonstrable team leadership experience, including mentoring and performance management
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to balance technical trade-offs
  • Good command of the English language (speaking, reading and listening)
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to evaluate and plan tasks accordingly
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Right to legally work in Spain
