Job Description

International Markets (IMa) brings together AXA markets in Latin America, Africa, Turkey, Middle East and Southeast Asia with the determined and exciting ambition to create strong sustainable and profitable growth.

PRIMARY MISSION:

  • Application of double tax treaties and international taxation.
  • Support on transfer pricing documentation.
  • Tax accounting. Control of IFRS tax accounting and reports. Analysis of net DTA/DTL positions. Analysis on recoverability test of DTA, and control of tax losess carry forward.
  • Analysis of contracts, tax point of view for transfer pricing.
  • Generate reportos about tax enviroment of countries of the region.
  • Support for other functional areas or other tasks, as per business needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: What is expected of you?

  • Collaborate with the tax of International Markets Direction, to control the taxes of companies based on Latam, Africa, Asia and Turkey managed from Madrid.
  • Prepare tax analysis and reports based on changes on the tax environment or jurisprudence.
  • Collaborate on the analysis of the tax figures from tax accounting of Ima perimeter.
  • Manafe tax topics of the AXA Med Holding corporate income tax.

PROFILE: What you bring to the role?

Background and experience:

  • Ongoing studies (final semesters)/recent graduate in Finance / Law degree.
  • Currently studying master´s degree.
  • Previous practical experience in the field is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Very good knowledge of Ms Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Capacity for managing tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in the international environment.
  • Learning capacity and adaptability.
