As a member of this team you will

  • Provide support to other departments: Assist other departments by addressing and solving their accounting and financial-related requests, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

  • Support in automating accounting processes: Assist in the implementation of tools and systems aimed at automating accounting tasks, helping improve efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Assist in optimizing financial processes: Help evaluate and streamline existing processes within the finance department to support improvements in accuracy and efficiency.

  • Support in managing the full accounting cycle: Provide assistance in overseeing accounting activities such as financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closings for a portfolio of companies.

  • Assist in tax reporting and compliance: Aid in the preparation and control of taxes in collaboration with external tax advisors.

  • Support in treasury management tasks: Help in managing cash flow, assisting with banking relationships, and supporting other treasury-related activities across multiple companies.

About the PositionHow you will contribute
  • As part of the amazing YABA finance team you will be supporting in our daily operations. You'll provide financial support for long and short term processes and help maintain our company's financial health. You will be in charge of some of the different accounting, Tax and administrative activities related to several entities.

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.

  • Highly motivated, structured, self-organized and should have project management skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with others, and contribute to group projects and initiatives.

  • Advanced level of English is a must (C1)

  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
